  • The program below is for a 7 days round trip, which is the most commonly requested but we can reorganize the schedules by readjusting all the activities for a shorter or longer trip (from 5 to 12 days), according to your needs and interests.
  • We provide Bed and Breakfast accommodations in homestay (Casas Particulares) only. All of them in nice locations and with all the requirements regarding comfort, safety and owners’ reliability. Anyway, you are free to choose your own accommodation (hotel or any other of your choice). We will appreciate a lot you let us know.
  • You may add any of the optional activities mentioned below like museums, shows, etc. to the different programs without any reservation in advance. The prices are listed in each case. You just need to tell your tour guide and we will arrange that for you.
  • As we are ready to customize, you are free to add or remove anything from the programs or stay longer or shorter at any place or just skip it.
  • In case of American Citizens, all our programs fall under the Support for the Cuban People Category and all the activities we organize are in the feeling of doing so.
  • Gratuities for the tour guide and driver at the end of the round trip are on your discretion.
  • You will have a welcome meeting with your tour guide upon arrival. Bring all the questions you need to clear up. Every morning, before you start, he will refresh the day activities.
  • Please it would be very important that you inform us of the size of your luggage and quantity per person. The type of transport we would use depends on this due to the trunk space.

The Capital of all Cubans, Havana is simply a lively and colorful city plenty of bustle and entertainment, with an awesome architecture from the Colonial period and beyond. Founded in 1519 as Saint Christopher of Havana, it is still today the main economic, political, cultural and social city of the country. Its amazing buildings, historical museums, glamorous nightlife and enchanting people invite you to get deeper within the street maze. Its defense system, together with the oldest section of the city, where time seams to stand still, are considered the historical heart of Havana and the largest colonial center in Latin America. It was declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1982.

  • Picking up at the accommodation.
  • Walking tour around the Old Havana, including Arms Square, Saint Francis of Assisi Square, Old Square, and Cathedral Square. Ambos Mundos Hotel, La Bodeguita del Medio and El Floridita bars. Museums, churches, local markets, souvenir shops and cigar, rum and coffee place.
  • Optional lunch break. Our suggestion is to try typical Cuban food at a local Paladar.
  • One hour ride in a classic convertible car all through the new section of the city.
  • Panoramic tour to the Modern Havana, including a ride all along the seafront avenue known as Malecon, Revolution Square, Central Park, Capitol Building, Opera House, former Bacardi Building and Museum of the Revolution, former Presidential Palace. Visit to the Statue of Jesus Christ and the surroundings of Morro-Cabaña fortresses complex. Optional stops for pictures.
  • Free time at the Flea Market.

Located in the western most region of Cuba, it is very well known for the high quality of tobacco fields and amazing landscapes. Viñales Valley, with its spectacular Mogotes, very peculiar limestone formations that resemble huge rocks settled down by aliens in the middle of the valley, is located in Sierra de los Organos mountain range in Pinar del Rio province. It was declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in the category of Cultural Landscape. It treasures a wide variety of botanical species and more than 47 archeological sites, most of them related to aboriginal communities and settlements of African slaves. Our invitation is to explore the most colorful Natural Park of Cuba.

  • Picking up at the accommodation.
  • The ride to Viñales will take about two and a half hours. We can make an optional stop half way.
  • Stop at Los Jazmines Hotel, a balcony to Viñales Valley, to enjoy the unique landscape and have a look of the mogotes.
  • Visit to a tobacco farm to be in contact with the local tradition of growing the best tobacco in the world and learn how to make your own.
  • Visit to Cueva del Indio, to enjoy walking in and riding on a boat along an underground river. (admission fee: pay on spot)
  • Optional lunch break. Nice choices of local cuisine.
  • Back in town to enjoy free time, souvenir market, shop and a little bit of Viñales village.
  • Visit to Mural de la Prehistoria, where a local painter recreated the evolution of human beings on the face of one of the mogotes. (admission fee: pay on spot)
  • Drive back to the accommodation in Havana.
  • Free time for the nightlife.

Zapata Swamp is regarded as the largest wetland in the Caribbean area. Located on the southern coast of the province of Matanzas, this huge swamp, partially covered by forest, is one of the most complete wildlife reserves in the geographic area. Because of its wide variety of flora and fauna and the preservation works we have carried out; it was declared National Park Peninsula de Zapata by the Cuban authorities and Reserve of the Biosphere by UNESCO. The Caribbean coast, with its sandy beaches and the very well-preserved coral reef, attracts divers and water sports practitioners from all over the world.

  • The ride to Gran Parque Nacional Peninsula de Zapata will take about two hours.
  • Visit to Museo de La Comandancia, devoted to the history of the invasion of Bay of Pigs in 1962. (admission fee and camaras you pay on spot)
  • Optional visit to Guama, a group of islands in the middle of the Treasure Lake where there is a replica of a Taino Village. We get there by boat. (admission fee: pay on spot)
  • Optional visit to the Crocodrile Breeding Farm.
  • Visit to the hummingbird Santuary.

  • Stop at Cueva de los Peces, the deepest flooded cave or cenote in Cuba, to swim in the crystalline waters of the Bay of Pigs by the Caribbean Sea.
  • The ride to Cienfuegos will take about one hour. All along the way we will enjoy the rural landscapes.

Cienfuegos, also known as The Pearl of the South, was founded in 1819 by French. It is a maritime town with very well-preserved historical buildings and one of the most captivating bays in the Caribbean Sea. Its historical center was declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2005.

  • Walking tour around the center of the city where we can visit Marti Park, Tomas Terris Theater, Purisima Concepcion Cathedral, City Hall, City Boulevard, Cruise Terminal and some of the oldest building in town like the house of Don Luis D' Clouet, who led the foundation on the city.
  • Ride along the town Malecon.
  • Stop by Palacio de Valle, a moorish building by Punta Gorda neighborhood, which is a gem of the architecture of Cienfuegos.
  • Another hour drive all through the mountains and the Caribbean Sea to Trinidad.
  • Drive to the accommodation and free time for night activities in Trinidad.
  • Night activities: Optional dinner at a private restaurant with local choices, Casa de la Trova, Casa de la Música etc.

In case we spend the night in Cienfuegos, next day, before going to Trinidad, we may add to this excursion:  

  1. Visit to the local Dolphinarium at Rancho Luna beach to enjoy show with dolphins and/or swimming with dolphins.
  2. Visit to the Botanical Garden of Cienfuegos, one of the oldest and more important in Cuba.

Trinidad, the third village founded in Cuba in 1514, still sleeping in time. Its architectural wealth make you travel back in time thanks to the preservation and restoration of buildings. It was declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1988.

  • Walking tour around the heart of Trinidad: Mayor Square, former Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi, Santisima Trinidad Cathedral, Foundation Place of the City, Temple House of Yemaya.
  • Visit to La Canchanchara bar to try the most typical drink in the city.
  • Time for optional lunch at a private restaurant with local choices.
  • Free time at the local flea market and some other activities of your choice. You can also enjoy the Caribbean by visiting Ancon Beach, only 15 minutes drive from the city.
  • Night activities: Optional dinner at a private restaurant with local choices, Casa de la Trova, Casa de la Música etc.

Santa Clara, also known as Che Guevara´s City, is the number one city in the center of Cuba. It was founded during 17th century and witnessed some of the most significant episodes of the history of Cuba and its Revolution.

  • On the way, visit to Manaca Iznaga town, former Iznaga´s family property, by San Luis Valley.

Once in Santa Clara:

  • Visit to the Armored Train Monument. (admission fee: pay on spot))
  • Visit to Leoncio Vidal Park and its surroundings: La Caridad Theater, Santa Clara Libre Hotel, City Hall, etc.
  • Walking along the City Boulevard.
  • Time for optional lunch at a restaurant with local choices.
  • Visit to Che´s Mausoleum and Museum.
  • Drive back to Varadero or Havana.
  • Free time for night activities.
  • Transfer out to the Airport.
